Our Book Clubs.
A community
of local readers
Warm, low-pressure book clubs where you unwind with a book and enjoy a cosy catch-up with fellow readers.

Supper Club (Books + Food Night)
What it is: An evening event combining a great meal with bookish conversation (theme-led or tied to a specific book/genre).
Who it’s for: Readers who want a social night out that isn’t loud or awkward.
How it works: The ticket includes supper (or supper sold separately). A short “prompt” or discussion starter keeps it easy and fun.

“Anti-Social” Book Club (Online)
What it is: For people who want the book club experience without the in-person part.
Who it’s for: Busy people, anxious people, neurodiverse readers, parents, carers—anyone who prefers low-pressure connection.
How it works: Monthly book + private page for comments + one optional live Zoom chat (60 mins).

Retreat Weekend (Premium Offer)
What it is: A peaceful weekend away built around reading, rest, and community.
Who it’s for: Readers who need a reset and want something better than a standard “spa weekend”.
How it works: Ticket tiers (VIP/early bird/general), planned quiet time + optional group moments + author/festival add-ons.

Supper Clubs
Our supper clubs are designed as a proper “time for you”.
We meet in relaxed venues around Scarborough, unwrap a surprise book together, and enjoy amazing food.
It’s low-pressure, friendly, and ideal if you want community without the overwhelm.
